General Shipping Info

Current Processing Time: Please allow 1-4 weeks for order processing. Orders placed in that time can not be combined in order to minimize mistakes as we receive a large order volume, and shipping prices change with weight changes.

If purchasing from the US, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks of shipping time after processing depending on the service chosen. Additionally, please expect delays past this time due to COVID-19.

If purchasing Internationally, please allow approximately 1-4 weeks of shipping time after processing depending on the service chosen. Additionally, please expect delays past this time due to COVID-19. ArtByJacStudio is not responsible for any seizures or extra costs from customs within your country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of my materials I am unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. I do not offer refunds cancellations or exchanges on any shop items. The only exception to this is in the case of missing items, or the wrong items being sent. If your order is missing an item or you have received the wrong item, please reach out to our customer service within 24 hours or receiving your order. ArtByJacStudio is unable to fix your package if emailed after this time frame

Damaged and Lost Packages

ArtByJacStudio is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods that may arrive in this state due to carrier mishandling.

Claims may be filed through USPS if you chose a shipping method that offers insurance. To file a claim in the case of damaged or missing packages, fill out the form provided on the USPS website. There are no guaranteed refunds from USPS even if you decide to file a claim. In order to maintain the highest chance of the claim going through with USPS, keep all original packaging and contents, and provide them photos and proof of the damage.

Tracking numbers are sent out to the email or phone numbers provided at checkout. Please check tracking numbers often to ensure that someone will be home to receive the package when it arrives, as leaving a package outside on the doorstep or in the mailbox makes them susceptible to theft or weather damage

Shipping and Custom Fees:

Every order is sent with tracking included. Please double check that you have entered your full and complete address address when purchasing. ArtByJacStudio is not responsible for any packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses, or being unclaimed from your post office. Any charges, customs duties, import fees, taxes, etc. are the obligation of the customer. ArtByJacStudio is not responsible nor will be held liable for fees post shipment. If any incurred fees are not paid by the buyer, resulting in the package being returned, you will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee if the product is not wanted, or a second shipping fee to reship the package. Packages will not be resent until new postage has been paid for.
