This tantalizing forbidden fruit is grape agate. Known for its wild and unique botryoidal (spherical) formation and its purple color (though it can be found in exquisite grays, whites, and greens), this peculiar crystal was discovered in Mamuju, Indonesia as recently as 2016. Despite its funky trade name, this mineral isn’t really an agate but rather a unique form of chalcedony. It is said to represent intuition and calming.
This listing is for the grape agate formation pictured.
Please note that as these are natural crystals, small “imperfections” such as minor chips, cracks, crevices, caves, and more may be present. Size, shape, color, pattern, etc will vary as pictured.
